As Asil Civata, in our laboratory accredited according to TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard, we test the mechanical properties of fasteners and metallic materials with high precision. All our testing activities are carried out with traceable and verifiable methods in accordance with national and international standards.

Applied Tests and Related Standards
Rockwell Hardness Test (HRC – HRB)
Rockwell hardness tests are performed on metallic materials in accordance with TS EN ISO 6507-1, ASTM E92, TS EN ISO 898-1, and TS EN ISO 898-2 standards. With these tests, the surface hardness of products is measured and their mechanical strength and performance are evaluated.
Tensile Test (Yield and Tensile Strength)
Tensile tests are applied in the range of 5 kN – 1950 kN in accordance with TS EN ISO 6892-1, ASTM A370, ASTM F606/F606M, and ASTM E8/E8M standards. With these tests, the yield strength, tensile strength, and elongation at break values of materials are determined precisely.
Torque – Tension – Friction Coefficient Determination Test
Torque–tension tests for fasteners are performed in the range of 10 Nm – 6000 Nm in accordance with TS EN ISO 16047 and TS EN 14399-2 standards. With this test, tightening behavior and friction coefficient values are analyzed and assembly reliability is evaluated.
